Between reflection and vision: my journey, my vision and my insights

The end of the year is always a special moment for me—a time to pause, look back and consider what I truly wish for in the new year. It’s an invitation to ask ourselves the big questions: Who am I? Where do I stand? And where do I want to go? For several years now, I’ve taken this time at the year’s end to reflect on the past 12 months and answer these questions for myself. 2024 has been a personal journey full of unique challenges, growth and profound gratitude.

Who am I? A look at my journey

This year has also been a literal journey: I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to explore new places, experience unfamiliar countries and cultures, and broaden my horizons. Along the way, I rediscovered myself—clarifying who I am, what I desire and how I want to shape my life and work. Armed with this clarity, I took a bold step: I embraced self-employment.

As a business coach, HR expert, and guide, I have a clear mission: to support individuals and organizations in their development so they can unlock their full potential.

What do I do? My mission and vision

My background in international HR management, combined with my passion for creative and holistic approaches, forms the foundation of my work. By founding my business, I’ve created a space that blends innovative methods and holistic perspectives with the belief that sustainable change always begins with people. It’s a space where personal growth, authenticity and collaborative respect are at the forefront.

I focus on three core areas:

  1. Coaching: Personalized support for individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals.

  2. HR Consulting: Strategic guidance in professionalizing and optimizing HR structures.

  3. Team and Culture Development: Workshops that strengthen teams and build sustainable, values-based corporate cultures.

Gratitude and reflection: my 3 key takeaways

Here are the three biggest lessons I’ve learned from 2024:

  1. Courage is the first step to change: Starting my own business wasn’t easy, but it showed me how much we can grow through our challenges and how much we can discover by stepping out of our comfort zones.

  2. Trust is the foundation of everything: Trust in myself and my abilities, as well as in the process and what life has to offer, has been a crucial anchor. This trust helps me continue on my path, even in uncertain moments.

  3. After the rain comes sunshine – Change is constant: Challenges are a natural part of life, reminding us that nothing is permanent. Even in difficult times, there’s always an opportunity to create something new and emerge stronger. It’s the changes that make life vibrant.

These insights are the foundation for my goals in 2025 and beyond. They guide me as I continue to grow, not only as a coach and consultant but also as a person, embracing new challenges along the way.

Looking ahead: my vision for 2025

I see 2025 as a year filled with opportunities and meaningful encounters. I look forward to supporting individuals and organizations on their unique journeys—whether through one-on-one coaching that fosters clarity and new perspectives, or team workshops that promote collaboration and collective growth.

At the same time, I’m committed to staying true to myself, walking my path with confidence, and achieving personal goals—approaching my tasks with joy and curiosity and continuing to evolve.
